Shipping and Returns

Information on Shipping and Return Policies
	Domestic Delivery Policy All in-stock orders from asclacrosse.com are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 2pm EST are not guaranteed for same day processing. All items are shipped via UPS. Depending on the distance from us, delivery can take up to six (6) business days. UPS only operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Because of this, shipments will not ship or arrive on Saturdays and Sundays. UPS Next Day Air shipments shipping on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday. Backorders, (items not available at the time of the order), will be shipped by UPS ground at no additional shipping charge to you upon their arrival unless specified otherwise. You are not charged for backordered items until they ship, and of course they can be cancelled at any time. Domestic Return Policy We hope you will be happy with each and every item you purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we want to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Any new item may be returned for an exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of receipt, which is determined by the date delivered in accordance to the corresponding tracking number. We cannot accept used items for returns or exchanges. Please be sure to try on shoes indoors to make sure you are happy with the fit. Footwear worn outside cannot be returned. Defective and unused merchandise will be exchanged and shipped to you via UPS Ground free of charge. ASC Lacrosse is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost in shipping. International Delivery Policy and Payment Information Due to the amount of time that is involved in processing international orders, we cannot accept rush requests. All international orders must go through an intense authorization process that protects against fraudulent use and increases security. ASC Lacrosse uses the standard in authorization systems called AVS, or Address Verification System. AVS is a process where the billing address of the credit card is matched with the customer using the card. In some cases, your bank may not participate in AVS, which would prevent us from authorizing your credit card. In these cases, we will refer you to Paypal, an E-Bay owned company who is well known for online money transfers. Paypal allows payment by credit card or checking account over the internet in a secure manner. This service also has numerous outlets to verify credit card information beyond AVS due to the high amount of transactions the service handles each day. Paypal is a free service, and payment through this service does not cost the customer any fees. It is merely a service we use to increases accessability to customers whose bank does not support AVS. To read about Paypal, you can visit their site at www.paypal.com. Other country's international rates are quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the items shipped and location of country. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit/debit card used. All international packages will be declared as merchandise. Please do not ask to declare your purchase as a gift. This is a US Customs Law and cannot be altered. Buyer is responsible for any Duties and Taxes in their respective countries.
